New Japan Radio and RICOH Electronic Devices Co., Ltd. have merged to form Nisshinbo Micro Devices Inc.

Established in 1959, New Japan Radio Corporation was one of the world's leading manufacturers of analogue ICs used extensively in Audio, IoT, Industrial and Automotive applications. Nisshinbo Micro Devices will utilise NJR’s IC designs to continue developing new processing technology and IC packaging technology, with a focus on energy management and signal processing.

NJR analogue semiconductors offer extreme performance and unparalleled quality; a less than 0.0001% failure rate ensures that you will always have a high-quality component wherever you choose to use it, be this in a product for the home or a more challenging environment.

Engineers will also benefit from Nisshinbo's myNISD platform, which offers free SPICE model downloads, Prime Designer simulations, on-demand videos and electronic device inquiries.
