The KTC2800 is a fast high voltage driver transistor. It is excellent for driving hi-fi amplifier stages as it is well matched and gain ranked with Hfe between 120 and 240.
Complementary to KTA1700.
It has excellent linearity as the epitaxial contruction results in very controlled doping and conistent charachteristics.
