The KTC3503 is a high speed video output transistor. It is also suitable for driving MOSFET amplifier stages as it has a low output capacitance just 3pF which results in low distortion and high frequency operation.
Complementary to KTA1381, the part is a huge improvement over MJE340 or MPSA42 in audio amplifier applications because of excellent frequency characteristics and higher gain. It also functions as the perfect drop-in replacement for the obsolete Onsemi / Fairchild KSC3503.
