The NJM2872B is a low dropout voltage regulator series designed with battery powered applications in mind. Advanced Bipolar technology achieves low noise, high ripple rejection and low quiescent current.
It is an improved version of the LD2985 with higher ripple rejection (75dB compared to 45dB) meaning it can better attenuate the upstream switching noise of dc-dc converters.
