The NJW2307 is an FM modulation / demodulation IC for audio signalin full duplex communication that operates from a 3.8V supply.
In addition to an audio signal, it can also be used for data pulses. Using parallel interface and setting the carrier frequency (2.3MHz / 2.8MHz)allows independent power-down control of the Modulation /Demodulation circuit.
The NJW2307 includes FM Modulation / Demodulation, VCO, PLLand AFC.
