The RP602x is a 6.5 V (Max. rating) buck-boost DC/DC converter with synchronous rectifier. This device is ideally suited for industrial or OA equipment that requires a constant voltage even when the input voltage is low (Min. 2.3 V). Operating at a switching frequency of 2.6 MHz, the device provides a high-speed response even when using a small coil.
