Sanken SSC3S937: LLC Current-resonant Off-line Switching Controller IC
The SSC3S937 is a controller IC for LLC current-resonant switching power supplies with analog control, incorporating a floating drive circuit for a high-side power MOSFET.
This new product has various protections, such as the standby function, automatic dead time adjustment, and capacitive mode detection. Enriched with these functions, the SSC3S937 requires fewer components to build a power supply system that is cost-effective, small-sized, low-noise, and highly efficient.
Suitable applications include switching power supplies for a variety of electronic equipment and devices with an output power of 500 W or lower.
Features
- Better Efficiency at Light Load: Discharge Resistor Eliminated by X-capacitor Discharge Function (AC Input Mode)
- Standby Function Incorporated: No Auxiliary Power Supply Required
- Built-in Dead Time Detection Capacitor: No High-voltage Capacitor Required
- Peak Load Supported: Normal Operating Range Expanded by Extensive OCP Operating Range
